I’ve navigated all the challenges you’d expect in the course of co-founding and running Mountain Goat Beer for 18 years. And after selling the company to Asahi in 2015, I now guide others on their journey.

How I help

I act as a strategic thinking partner and sense-checker. I help founders stay connected to their mission so they can move their enterprise forward to reach its potential.

I normally do this in one of two formats:

• A six month program where we work on a specific project - usually something that is very important to an organisation and needs to be resolved. This sometimes includes establishing Big Rocks (key strategic objectives).

• A less intensive but regular support arrangement where we talk through the various business opportunities and challenges as they come along.
